Dynametal Technologies is an employee owned company with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. We pride ourselves in our customer oriented philosophy, and every member of our organization considers customer satisfaction to be our No. 1 driver.

We received QS 9000 in October 1996 and passed all surveillance audits with no major findings. We were approved for the upgrade to QS 9000 revision 3 in January 1999.

We have also been twice awarded the Tennessee Quality Achievement Award first in 1993 and again in 1996. We have had members of our staff on the Tennessee Quality Award Board of Directors since 1993.

We have participated in a Global Benchmarking project by Dr. Richard Schoneberger, the author of "World-Class Manufacturing" and as a participant of this project we will be included in his next published book, "World-Class by Principles" as an example of a company on the WCP Honor roll.

We're proud to be active members of the AQC, AIAG, TQA, & MPIF.
